Privacy is extremely important to InContext Solutions, Inc. (InContext). This Privacy Policy discloses the online privacy practices for the InContext website located at and its website applications, including without limitation ShopperMX™ (collectively, our “Sites”).  InContext is committed to protecting your privacy online and this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through our website and online applications. Please read the following to learn what information we collect from you and how we use that information. If you have any questions about our privacy policy, please contact us, as set forth below.

Your consent

By using our Sites, you consent to our privacy policy as well as the Terms & Conditions governing the the Sites. 

Changes to our Privacy Policy

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post a notification on the Sites and will otherwise communicate such changes to you electronically.

What information do we collect?

When you wish to contact us concerning InContext services or products, you have the ability to send us your name and/or email address.  We will also collect user information for use of ShopperMX™.

We also log the Internet Protocol addresses of users to our Sites, which indicate who has visited our Sites.

Like many online companies, our Sites may use cookies.  Cookies are pieces of code placed on your computer’s hard drive to help us identify you as a user to our Sites.  We use both persistent and temporary cookies.  The temporary cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information.  When you close your browser, the temporary cookies are erased.  The persistent cookies will store your user name even after you close your browser in order to make your use of our Sites more convenient.  You can adjust your browser’s settings to not accept cookies, but please note that doing so may impact your ability to use the Sites.  Remember also that if you access the Sites from more than one browser, you will need to adjust settings on each browser separately. 

We also collect analytics from our Sites.  We use a third party service provider, such as Google Analytics, to collect information about your use of our Sites, the traffic to our Sites and your visit to and experience on our Sites.  This data is generally collected and tracked through the logging and collection of Internet Protocol addresses and the use of tracking codes within the Sites to the extent feasible.  

What do we use your information for?

The information we collect will be used primarily:

  • To respond to your questions or comments; and
  • To provide you with information concerning InContext’s services and products as you have requested; and
  • To communicate with you regarding any services or products that you receive from us, such as ShopperMX™

In addition, if you submit your contact information to us, we will place you in our database and send you additional information and materials regarding InContext and our services and products that we think may be of interest to you.  You may opt-out of receiving these additional communications at any time by following the instructions within the email communications.  Once we receive your request to opt out of such additional marketing communications, we will implement your request to remove you from our marketing database within ten (10) business days.  Please note that opting-out of receiving marketing communications from us does not opt you out of receiving communications from us regarding ongoing services and products that you receive from InContext.  Receipt of certain services and products may require electronic communication and you may not opt-out of electronic communications related to such services or products.

The information we collect may also be used in one or more of the following ways:

  • To improve our products and services;
  • To improve our marketing and promotional efforts;
  • To analyze Site use;
  • To improve our Sites and troubleshoot;
  • To improve customer service;
  • To accomplish administrative tasks; and
  • To resolve disputes, enforce agreements (including our website Terms & Conditions, and this Privacy Policy), comply with applicable law and cooperate with law enforcement activities.

How do we protect your information?

InContext strives to protects your personally identifiable information by utilizing various data encryption tools.  In addition, all data is stored at our third party data center, which is SSAE 16 compliant. 

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We may also share your information (whether personally identifiable or not) with our third party vendors and contractors who assist us in making the Sites available to you.  We require those parties to agree to keep your information confidential and only use it in connection with the Sites, as directed by InContext.  We do not otherwise sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties any of your personally identifiable information.

We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with applicable laws, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property or safety.

In addition we may share collected information in a business transfer, such as a sale, merger, acquisition or reorganization. As with any other business, we could merge with, or be acquired by, another company or otherwise have the need to reorganize. If this occurs, the successor company would acquire the information we have collected and maintained, though the terms of our privacy policy are effective when you provide information that would survive such transfer.

Third party links

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include links to third party sites. Such third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies that are outside of the control of InContext and we do not review such policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of such linked sites and encourage you to visit those policies prior to sharing any information with third party sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our Site and welcome any feedback about such linked sites.

Do Not Track

We currently do not have the technical capability to honor do not track requests from your browsers.  At this time, InContext does not participate in any third party ad networks or use any third party cookies beyond those that may be required from our third party vendors and contractors to provide the Sites to you.

You may access or correct the personal information in our records related to ShopperMX™ if you have a login for ShopperMX™.  Otherwise, for any additional information or to request that we update your personal information or correct any factual errors that you believe may exist regarding this information, please contact us with your request at

Information from Children

We do not collect birth dates, nor do we collect information from children under the age of 13.
