Mark Hardy Chief Executive Officer
Mark joined InContext Solutions as Chief Executive Officer in October 2012. With over 25 years of leadership experience, Mark has built an exceptional track record in driving growth at a broad range of technology and information services companies, through a combination of rapid innovation and globalization of product portfolios. Mark started his career at Procter & Gamble, and has since held executive roles at GfK NOP, Dun & Bradstreet, Survey Sampling International (SSI), Information Resources (IRI), and Greenfield Online.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing and business education from East Carolina University and attended Cornell University’s Executive Program. Mark is also an executive board member for the Center of Retailing Excellence at University of Arkansas’ Sam Walton College of Business. In his free time, Mark coaches soccer and enjoys boating, skiing and scuba diving among other outdoor activities with his family.
Tracey Wiedmeyer Chief Technology Officer
Tracey serves as Chief Technology Officer and cofounded InContext Solutions in 2009, developing the industry’s first web-based virtual market research platform. Tracey has over 14 years of experience developing technology platforms that have driven growth in a wide range of industries, including insurance and banking services as well as the mortgage underwriting industry. Tracey is a member of the YEC (Young Entrepreneurs Council) and the Forbes Technology Council, where he contributes his ideas and knowledge to the tech and business space. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and computer science from Ripon College, and a master’s degree in computer science from DePaul University. Outside of work, Tracey enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
Rich Scamehorn Chief Research Officer
Rich co-founded InContext Solutions in 2009, and serves as Chief Research Officer. He has over 20 years of market research experience, and began his career at Rockwood Research and Market Resource Associates, two start-up research suppliers. He moved to the client side with Tennant and General Mills where he introduced virtual store testing as a faster, cheaper method providing great cost savings to the company. Rich holds a bachelor’s degree from Macalester College in mathematics and a master’s degree from the University of Minnesota in statistics. In his spare time, Rich enjoys being involved in his children’s sports and activities.
Tork Johnson Chief Financial Officer
Tork joined InContext Solutions in July 2012 as the acting Chief Financial Officer. Tork began his career at Zenith Electronics Corp and has since served in CFO and similar roles at COMNET Corporation, Group 1 Software, the Marmon Group Inc., Technology Solutions Company, MessageMedia Inc., Cabletron Systems, Patron Systems and has been an independent consultant for the last 10 years working with firms on a range of finance, operations and strategy consulting projects. Tork holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering degree from Lehigh University and a master’s degree in management (MBA) from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. When not at work, Tork enjoys traveling the world with his wife and cooking food from their adventures.
Heather Baker Vice President, Talent Management
Heather joined the company in 2015 as the VP of Talent Management to lead initiatives in hiring, developing and retaining top talent. She has over 15 years of experience in talent management for growth stage companies in technology and database marketing. Prior to joining ICS, she consulted for Chicago-based digital marketing firm Leapfrog Online building sustainable talent management strategies. Before Leapfrog, she was managing partner for retained recruiting practice BennettBaker, where she built talent teams for startups and Fortune 500 database marketing companies. Her earlier career consisted of marketing roles for then startup yesmail.com as well as agency DraftFCB.Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kenyon College and and Integrated Marketing Certificate from DePaul University. In her spare time she serves as a coach for students at Experience Institute and enjoys traveling across many continents.
Grant Zallis Group Vice President, Operations
Grant joined InContext in January 2012. He has 10 years of experience leading and scaling global operational functions at high growth, entrepreneurial companies. Prior to InContext, Grant served as the senior director of HR at Frontier Strategy Group (FSG) where he oversaw HR and recruiting efforts across the globe. He began his career at Penn Schoen Berland (PSB), a WPP company where he helped grow the firm from 80 employees in three locations to 200+ employees in nine locations worldwide.Grant attended The George Washington University in Washington DC where he majored in political science and history. Outside of work Grant is an avid hiker and wine enthusiast (though rarely at the same time) and is chair of the Chicago Board of StartOut, where he dedicates his time to creating great business leaders by fostering LGBT entrepreneurs.
Derick Goodman Group Vice President, Solutions
Derick joined InContext in October 2011. As Group Vice President of Solutions he leads the company’s worldwide sales efforts. Derick has over 10 years of experience working within high growth companies to successfully develop and foster relationships with some of the world’s leading brands. Prior to joining InContext, Derick held a similar role at Schawk Retail Marketing, a global shopper marketing agency, where he lead the firms new business efforts. He began his career in syndicated market research and held a variety of positions at Mintel International. Derick graduated from the University of Iowa with degrees in both marketing and business management with a certificate in international business. He currently serves as an executive board member of the University of Arkansas Sam M. Walton College of Business Center for Retailing Excellence, and is actively involved in a variety of not for profit organizations. Outside of work, Derick enjoys international travel and is a self-proclaimed foodie.
