Bob Gillespie
Chief Executive Officer.

Bob has 20 years experience in consulting, technology, leadership and operations under his belt. As one of the brainparents of InContext, Bob believes the ability to build great teams is the most important factor of success. By picking the right people and providing solid leadership, Bob believes they can create industry changing products and platforms. His last executive role was as VP –Director of Operations at a software company providing services to the mortgage industry. Bob ran the day to day operations of the company and oversaw growth in revenue from $2M to $10M annually, and increased profits from a loss of $750K to $2M+ profit in three years. In his former life, Bob was a technologist and a stand-up comedian... you may know him from television. Bob has his BA in Computer Science and English from Knox College.
Rich Scamehorn
Chief Research Officer
Trail blazer. Mind reader. Industry celebrity.
Data geeks hail. Rich is a market research and analytical guru. Before co-creating InContext, Rich spent 15 years in market research. He led virtual research at General Mills and oversaw a team responsible for virtual simulation research applications. Rich also managed a Quantitative Analytics group and controlled store testing area. He has extensive experience working with retailers in the grocery industry on the design of shopping experience testing. He has spoken at industry conferences discussing applying virtual simulations to marketing research. Rich earned a Masters degree in Statistics from the University of Minnesota.
Tracey Wiedmeyer
Chief Technology Officer
Master of cool technology
With over 10 years of IT experience in designing and building software systems, Tracey’s technical prowess is masterful. He was previously director of application development for a Milwaukee based Microsoft Gold Certified consulting company. There, he set the general technology direction of the firm and evaluated the latest releases of Microsoft technologies and programming tools. Tracey holds a Masters degree in Distributed System Architecture and Design from DePaul University.
David Zabloudil

Awe-inspiring, glitch-defying 3D superhero
With 20 years design experience in bringing software and hardware products to market, David helps turn 3D virtual simulations into reality. He was previously principal of UpImage, a design studio that specialized in creative digital content for software, virtual worlds, games, simulations, marketing media, and visualization for product design and architecture. And for years, he has taught 3D animation production at Columbia College and 3D computer aided industrial design and animation at Institute of Design, IIT. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Product Design from Institute of Design, Illinois Institute of Technology.
Rick Hanzelin

Rick has over 20 years of technology and corporate leadership experience. At his core, he is a builder. From our perspective, he’s a tireless leader with his eye on results, whether energizing teams, building technological platforms or simply thinking forward. He is a firm believer that technology should help companies grow and be flexible enough not to get in the way. Of the Myers-Briggs personality types, he’s an ENFP. Rick holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Carroll College.
Joe Balitewicz
PMP, CFE - Chief Operations Officer
The worldly, intelligent, project planning extraordinaire
Joe has nearly 20 years in planning, leading and executing complex projects involving information technology and operations. His vision? Use the best of technology and operations to create mind-blowing ideas. Then execute them perfectly. Over the course of his career, Joe served as an interim CIO to an HMO, managed investigations on ponzi schemes and money laundering, developed a hub and spoke model for the review and production of millions of documents, and recently migrated several projects to an operations center in India. When not catching bad guys and planning world takeovers, Joe enjoys travelling, reading history books and cheering for the White Sox. Joe holds a Bachelors of Arts from Purdue University in Political Science.
Mary Shea
Chief Commercial Officer
Relationship builder. Closer. Marketing maven.
Mary has 15 years experience in building, leading and scaling sales organizations at companies positioned for high growth. As Chief Commercial Officer, Mary is responsible for developing and implementing the commercial strategy and directing all sales and marketing activities. In her most recent executive position Mary was Chief Commercial Officer at a fast-growing global information and advisory services firm focused on emerging markets. In that role she tripled revenues, increased measured client satisfaction rates and oversaw significant international expansion. Prior to that Mary worked at a leading global consumer market research firm where she oversaw the Americas business and a $50M portfolio. Mary earned a Ph.D. from Kent State University and was a Musicologist, Ethnomusicologist and a classical oboist in her former life.
