  • Mark Hardy

    Chief Executive Officer

    Mark joined InContext Solutions in October of 2012 as Chief Executive Officer. With 25 years of leadership experience, Mark has an exceptional track record in driving growth at a broad range of information services companies through a combination of rapid innovation and globalization of product portfolios. 

    Mark began his career at Procter & Gamble and has since served in executive roles at Dun & Bradstreet, GfK NOP, Greenfield Online and SymphonyIRI. Most recently Mark was the Managing Director for the Americas, and Global Head of Marketing at Survey Sampling International, the global leader in international survey sampling solutions. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Education from East Carolina University and attended Cornell University’s Executive Program.

  • Rick Hanzelin

    President

    Rick joined InContext Solutions in 2010 and serves as the company’s President.  With over 20 years of technology and leadership experience, Rick is responsible for InContext’s product strategy and direction while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and engagement. 

    Prior to joining InContext, Rick was a Director at Navigant Consulting and a Senior Vice President of Technology at Credit Interlink. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Carroll College.

  • Tracey Wiedmeyer

    Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer

    Tracey co-founded InContext Solutions in 2009 and has served as the company’s Chief Technology Officer since its inception. With over 12 years of experience in both fast growing and large scale technology environments, Tracey is responsible for setting InContext’s technology direction, ensuring the delivery of leading edge solutions to clients while overseeing the technology team.

    Prior to co-founding InContext, Tracey was a Director at New Resources Consulting and a software architect for Credit Interlink. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Computer Science from Ripon College and a Master of Science in Distributed Software Systems from DePaul University.

  • Rich Scamehorn

    Co-Founder & Chief Research Officer

    Rich co-founded InContext Solutions in 2009 and has served as the company’s Chief Research Officer since its inception. With over 15 years of market research experience, Rich is widely considered one of the world’s leading authorities on virtual store research. Rich is responsible for ensuring the delivery of world class analytics and insights to InContext clients and overseeing the research team.

    Prior to co-founding InContext, Rich led virtual store and controlled store testing at General Mills. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Macalester College and a Master of Science in Statistics from the University of Minnesota.

  • Grant Zallis

    Vice President, Project Operations and Visualization Group

    Grant joined InContext Solutions in January of 2012 as the Vice President of Human Resources and Recruiting and has served as the company’s Vice President of Project Operations and Visualization Group since January of 2013.  In his current role at InContext, Grant oversees the Project Operations and Visualization (POV) Group, which manages the coordination and delivery of InContext’s research, visualization and software solutions.  The group is also responsible for continuously analyzing and perfecting internal processes to control the quality and efficiency of production while increasing returns for both clients and InContext. Ultimately, the POV Group strives to delight InContext’s clients by delivering an exceptional final product better and faster than the competition.

    Grant has over nine years of experience focused on developing, leading and scaling a variety of global operational functions at high growth, start-up organizations.   Grant holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University in Washington DC.
